About my experience:

I started my hospitality career in 2006 working at a select service Hampton Inn in Littleton NH. It was during this time that I assisted in every department and held many positions including, Front Office, Sales, AGM and eventually General Manager of a nearby Choice property. My experience has been in several markets to include small destination locations from the White Mountains of NH, Green Mountains of VT/Burlington VT and larger markets such as San Antonio TX. Currently, overseeing revenue management for properties located as south as Texas and as west as California and everywhere in between.

How I would describe my management style:

I enjoy working collaboratively to identify areas of opportunity within both the hotel itself and the market. I bring a strong sales approach to revenue management as I find tremendous value in prospecting and understanding the local and national accounts in each market as this strongly influences revenue strategies. I understand the importance of tracking results and how more than ever, in this industry, we must be proactive versus reactive and be prepared to change strategies regularly for optimal results.

Why do business with me?

With many years in both operations and sales experience in the industry I have achieved not only the best practice of selling the right product at the right price at the right time, however I also consider operational and labor expenses and how it all impacts the bottom line and success of the hotel.
